Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most of our property enquiry and advisory services are provided free of charge to buyers and tenants. Where a professional consultancy, advisory, or service fee is agreed in writing for a specific engagement, the scope and amount will be confirmed with you before any payment is made.

Any booking, token, or advance amount paid towards a property is collected by, and payable to, the property owner or developer under their terms — not by Pucca Properties. Refund eligibility for such amounts is governed by the agreement between you and the owner/developer.

• Consultancy or service fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
• Third-party charges (legal, registration, valuation, documentation) paid to external providers are non-refundable through us.
• Booking amounts forfeited under an owner/developer's terms are outside our control.

To request a cancellation or discuss a refund of any fee paid directly to us:

• We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
• Approved refunds of fees paid to us are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
